This website is run by Karan Kendre, trading as Model Atlas Studio (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected].

You’re welcome to browse, share links and get in touch. Please don’t:

• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful,
• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it,
• copy or scrape the site in bulk,
• pretend to be us, or claim to be part of our network when you aren’t.

The text, design, wordmark and other material we made for this site belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You can quote short parts with a link back. For anything more, ask us first.

The example builds on this site belong to the developers and creators credited under them. Their videos play from the original posts on X; we don’t host copies. Featuring a build doesn’t mean its creator works with us or endorses us, unless we say so.

If you made something shown here and want it taken down or credited differently, send a DM to @kendrekaran on X from the account that posted it, so we know the post is yours. We’ll act on it promptly, usually within two working days.

When you send a brief, book a call or apply, make sure what you tell us is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. We treat details of unannounced launches as confidential. If you need a signed NDA before going into specifics, say so and we’ll sign one first.

You must be 18 or over to apply as a developer or creator.

The site describes what we do in general terms. It isn’t an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract. Scope, deliverables, timing, fees and rights to the work are agreed in writing for each project. We don’t guarantee views, reach or any other result.

The site links to and embeds services we don’t control, including X and Cal.com. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren’t responsible for their content or availability.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for any particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra handle any dispute about them. If you’re a consumer, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
